how to make the warming sticky chai
add 2 heaped teaspoons of sticky chai to a cup with a quarter water and three-quarters oat milk. bring to a boil, stir, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes. strain and dust with cinnamon.

or, enjoy as a hygge dirty latte by adding coffee to the above and frothy milk
how to make the chilled sticky chai
mix 4-5 teaspoons with 400ml of cold milk (oat milk is awesome). chill overnight. strain and top with a dusting of nutmeg
