How to Woo your SNUG (The Ritual)

Option One: The Warming Hug (Hot Chai)

1. Invite 2 heaped teaspoons to a cosy pot with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup milk (Oat milk is the soulmate here - they just get each other).

2. Cover and bring to a boil, then let it simmer for 10 minutes. This is your time to slow down. Just smell, sip, and sigh.

3. Strain into your favourite mug, add frothy milk if you're feeling fancy, and top with a dusting of cinnamon.

Option Two: The Chilled Confidant (Iced Chai)

1. Mix 4-5 teaspoons with 400ml of cold milk (Oat milk is awesome).
