Option one
warming chai
add 2 heaped teaspoons to 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of milk (we love oat milk). cover, bring to a boil, sit for 5 minutes (light a candle), then strain + dust with cinnamon.
or
enjoy as a golden hygge latte by adding turmeric and frothy milk
chilled chai
ix 4-5 teaspoons to 400ml of cold milk (oat milk is awesome). chill overnight. strain and top with a dusting of nutmeg
