Option one

add 2 heaped teaspoons to 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of milk (we love oat milk). cover, bring to a boil simmer for 10 minutes, then strain + dust with cinnamon. or add frothy milk and dust with cinnamon.

chilled chai

mix 4-5 teaspoons to 400ml of cold milk (oat milk is awesome). chill overnight. strain and top with a dusting of nutmeg
